Service Description

When I received my first session of HPC several years ago, I was amazed at how grounding and centering it was for me to bring awareness to the root of my body in this way. Holistic Pelvic Care™ is a technique designed to restore physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances rooted in the pelvic bowl. Holistic Pelvic Care™ helps re-balance and restore the pelvic musculature and refresh circulation to the pelvic bowl through gentle internal work and self-care education. It is also a beautiful time to bring energy medicine to the pelvic bowl, through breath and visualization.
